The XXI Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver begin in less than 500 days, which is why Los Angeles-based Kor Hotel Group is opening Loden Vancouver on October 18. It will be the company's first venture in Canada and Vancouver's first new hotel in six years.
In addition to 77 contemporary rooms within a 14-story tower, Loden Vancouver will offer a wellness center with day spa and fitness studio, plus six suites, including a 1,600-square-foot penthouse Halo Suite. The 80-seat Voya Restaurant, led by executive chef Marc-Andre Choquette, will be the centerpiece of the hotel's food and beverage program.
Introductory rates begin at CDN $239 (U.S $222) per night, plus taxes and are available October 18 - December 30. Visit www.lodenvancouver.com.
