Marshall Management Opens Two Hotels in Manhattan's SoHo Neighborhood

Marshall Management Inc., a mid-size hotel management company, has opened the 150-room Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo and 160-room Hampton Inn Manhattan SoHo. These are the company’s second and third managed hotels in New York City. Marshall also is providing pre-opening services for two additional Manhattan properties currently under development, which are scheduled to open in 2009, and will operate the properties when they open.

The Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo is at 66 Charlton Street between Varick and Hudson Streets, on the edge of Greenwich Village, and within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and clubs. Suites offer views of the Hudson River and all rooms have 42-inch plasma TVs. The property also has a full-service restaurant and lounge and seasonal al fresco dining and cocktails on the sidewalk patio, as well as a Family Room business center and workout facility.

The Hampton Inn Manhattan SoHo is at 54 Watts Street and is within walking distance of art galleries, restaurants, museums and cafes. The hotel includes a fitness center, business center and complimentary breakfast.
