Amadeus Waterways has released its 2009 schedule in Europe and Russia, highlighted by a new Romantic Danube program, which features three nights in Prague, followed by a cruise from Vilshofen to Budapest. Amadeus Waterways’ fleet in 2009 will be augmented by the arrival of MS Amadolce and MS Amalyra, bumping up the line’s total to nine riverboats.
Amadeus will operate 16 vacation programs in 2009, with itineraries on the Danube, Main, Rhine and Mosel rivers. In Russia, Amadeus will offer a 14-day Russian Waterways grand cruise from Moscow to St. Petersburg, with the season ending with two holiday itineraries, one, an 11-day cruise featuring two nights in Prague before sailing to Budapest, the other, a 12-day voyage with three nights in Paris before sailing to Amsterdam.
