Space tourist Richard Garriott returned to terra firma today in north-central Kazakhstan, after spending 10 days aboard the International Space Station, CNN reports. Garriott was the sixth private citizen to purchase a ticket from the Russian government for an outer space vacation, which cost him about $30 million. Son of former NASA astronaut Owen Garriot, Richard said it was a dream come true to follow in the footsteps of his father.
