DuVine Adventures, which has grown from a boutique tour operator specializing in seasonal tours to the vineyards of France, to a year-round operator offering tours in nine countries, has announced key changes in its executive management.
Alisa de Gaspe Beaubien has been promoted from vice president of sales and marketing to vice president, overseeing offices in Boston and France.
Joining DuVine is Kristin Ferrone as executive project manager. Ferrone will be spearheading DuVine’s growth into new markets in South America and North America. Ferrone’s past experience includes stints with Grand Circle Travel and Vantage World Travel.
DuVine Adventures also announced in France last week that five-year guide, Camille Dumont has accepted the position of European ground manager.
DuVine Adventures has announced their tours for 2009, including the Champions tour which will bring its bikers in the middle of the Tour de France to see Lance Armstrong ride again.
Also new for 2009: Mendoza, Argentina; Mallorca, Spain; Luberon, France; Puglia and Piedmont, Italy. DuVine Adventures offers all travel agent commissions of at least 10 percent.
